Return & Refund Policy

This policy covers the return, exchange, and buyback of products purchased from Amera Diamonds.

Return & Exchange Policy

Process:

Email support@ameradiamonds.com with your order number, invoice, product photos, and authentication certificate.
We will accept the return & exchange within 7 days only
Our team will conduct an initial condition check.
If approved, a pickup will be scheduled from your location.
Ensure the product is packed securely in original packaging with all documents.
After a thorough quality check, a credit note will be issued if the product is approved.
If the product in exchange needs a small alter it can be exchanged within 10 days and if its a new product then our delivery time is 3 business weeks.
No Refunds
Damaged and Replacement products will be delivered in 15-21 business days.

Lifetime Exchange Value:

Gold: 100% of the prevailing gold value.
Diamond: 90% of the prevailing diamond value.
Making Charges & Taxes: Non-refundable.

Return Charges:

A nominal 2% of the product value or actual shipping cost (whichever is lower) will be charged.

Note: Damaged items, missing stones or certificates, or altered products may result in deductions from the exchange value.

Buyback Policy

We offer a lifetime buyback policy.

Buyback Value:

Gold: 100% of the prevailing gold value.
Diamond: 80% of the prevailing diamond value.
Discounts: Any promotional discounts at purchase will be deducted from the final amount.

Important: Buybacks are subject to a full inspection. Damaged products or missing documentation may affect the value or eligibility. We reserve the right to approve or reject any buyback request.

Important Notes

Non-Rerouting: Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. All returns are processed via store credit or exchange.
Final Decision: All decisions regarding product condition, return approval, exchange, and buyback value are final and binding.
