From Améra to Vogue India: The Story of Moltén Collection

Some jewelry starts with a stone. Some starts with a sketch. Moltén started with movement.

We wanted to create a collection that didn't feel overly polished or predictable — something with a sense of motion to it, as if the gold had been caught mid-flow and held in that exact instant. That idea became Moltén, one of Améra's most sculptural collections to date.

The Idea Behind Moltén

The inspiration came from something we kept returning to: the panther. There is something striking about the way it moves — powerful, but never loud. Every motion feels controlled, fluid, effortless.

We wanted jewellery to carry that same quality. So the curves in Moltén are deliberately organic. Rather than sitting on the body, they wrap and twist around it, echoing that same controlled fluidity. There's a rawness to the collection, tempered by the precision and finish we hold every Améra piece to — bold, without ever trying too hard.

When Gold Becomes Sculpture

With Moltén, gold takes centre stage. Instead of treating metal as a setting for the diamond, we let it become the design itself — sculptural forms and fluid silhouettes that reveal something new from every angle.
